At SRQ Fabrications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
